Terms and Conditions

InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), offers to its Strech/Business class customers special fare for Stretch/Business starting from INR 9,999 for selected domestic flight one-way booking and INR 34,999 for selected international flight round trip bookings made through IndiGo website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) from 00:01 hours on May 06, 2025 up to 23:59 hours on May 09, 2025 (“Offer Period”) for travel period from May 13, 2025 till September 15, 2025 applicable only to bookings made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date of the flight(“Offer”).
The Offer is valid for IndiGo operated non-stop flights only and does not apply to flights with connections and/or any codeshare flights.
The Offer is valid on IndiGo one-way bookings for selected domestic flights and round-trip bookings for selected internation flight and doesn’t apply to multi-city bookings.
The Offer is valid for Stretch/Business fare only and doesn’t apply to Economy (Saver, Flexi Plus & Super 6E fares).
The Offer is subject to limited inventory and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/ promotion /offer offered by IndiGo .
The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
The Offer is valid only for per passenger basis and not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at goindigo.in.) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance of these regulations and conditions.
IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period pursuant to the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)
The Offer, including the flights booked are subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify either of the Offers at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
